Five Fun Family Events in Flushing this Month that Aren't Holiday Related

For many the holidays are just, well, over done. If you aren't religious or belong to a religion that does not celebrate Christmas or Hanukkah, December can be rough. The weather is chilly, but usually still mild enough to want to go out, but the holiday barrage is relentless.

But lucky for you, Flushing is the most diverse area of Queens, which is the most diverse county in the country! There's still plenty of family fun to be had, without any focus on fat guys in red suits. Here are five that are sure to delight (check the calendar for more):

The Rainbow Fish, performance and workshop
