Cosplay = costume playing
Put on a fun costume, do a bit of good for the park helping to pick-up trash with local Girl Scouts (gloves, grabbers, bags, etc to be supplied) and then enjoy a costume parade!
Outdoor games such as kites and sidewalk chalk and more will be available to use, get free stuff from vendors, and more.
